The 2023 Chevy Silverado 2500 and the 3500 are comparable in some areas, but they are easy to differentiate in terms of their styles, capabilities, and features. What should you know about these Chevy trucks before finalizing your model selection?
Performance
The 2023 Silverado 2500 is available in your choice of a gas or diesel engine. The V8, 6.6-liter gas engine, puts out 401 horsepower and 464 feet-pounds of torque. It comes with an auto six-speed transmission. The 6.6-liter diesel engine connects to a 10-speed auto transmission. It generates 445 horsepower and 910 feet-pounds of torque. Appearance
The Chevrolet Silverado 2500 has bold dimensions, a tall hood, and a flat nose. The rectangular grille covers most of the front end, bisected by a body-colored bar holding the Chevrolet name. This bar also separates the tall LED headlights. The Silverado 3500 is a larger vehicle with a longer bed. The grille and headlights are similarly styled, but the grille is designed with horizontal bars. In addition, this model is available with dual rear wheels and flared fenders.
